Shipping & Returns

ARMEASE.COM Shipping Policy 

ARMEASE.COM ships to all U.S. based addresses, as well as International based addresses. In order to accommodate our customers and be flexible, ARMEASE.COM has provided several options for different levels of delivery. We endeavor to ship all orders within 72 hours, except on weekends and holidays. After you place your order, you will be able to track your package on USPS's or FedEx’s website with the tracking number we will provide in your order confirmation email, provided the shipping method chosen offers tracking. USPS First Class Shipping (domestic and international) does not offer a tracking number.

 

ARMEASE.COM Return Policy

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for refund, not including shipping or handling charges (if applicable). The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund minus a $2.00 restocking fee will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of the returned item and confirming that the item is new, unused and in resalable condition.  We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

 

ARMEASE.COM Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange new and unused items within 30 days of delivery. However, there is only a one time exchange allowed per original order. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges (please include the original purchased item(s) as well as all paperwork and reason(s) for exchange in the package). We will pay for the new ground shipping charges (in the contiguous United States of America) to send your newly exchanged item(s). An "even" exchange is for another item of equal value, however, if the newly requested item costs less than the exchanged item, then we will refund you the difference; if the newly requested item costs more than the returned item for exchange, then you will need to pay the difference through ARMEASE.COM before the exchange occurs.  We will notify you via email of your exchange once we have received and processed the returned item(s) for exchange.
